92pr operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. The platform provides sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, bingo, and related gaming products to eligible users. The 92pr platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 92pr, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling through any self-exclusion scheme, including the 92pr self-exclusion programme.

If 92pr has reasonable grounds to believe that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, it reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities where required.

To access the full range of 92pr products and services, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 92pr platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Your date of birth
• A valid email address that you own and control

• Your residential address within Pakistan

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92pr Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 92pr will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 92pr immediately via the support contact provided on the platform.

92pr reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation at any time, including copies of national identity cards (CNIC), utility bills, or bank statements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 92pr may result in account suspension or closure.

All financial transactions on the 92pr platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92pr supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 92pr's discretion, and the current list of supported methods will always be displayed in the player's account cashier section.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.

92pr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a promotion and are actively meeting wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 92pr platform. Product-specific rules — covering cricket betting markets, slot game mechanics, live casino table rules, and Jackpot Bingo draw procedures — are published separately within each product section of the platform.

• All bets and wagers placed on 92pr are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the rules of the specific product (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• Bets placed using funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement from a bonus may be subject to restrictions on eligible games and bet sizes, as detailed in the relevant bonus terms.

• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or falsification of identity documents
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, collusion, or any other means
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage

92pr does not warrant that: (a) the platform will be available at all times without interruption; (b) the platform will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components; (c) any specific game outcomes, betting results, or jackpot awards will occur. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 92pr's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In all cases, 92pr's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their account may do so by contacting 92pr support. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification where required.

92pr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Where required by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority

Upon termination of an account for breach of these terms, 92pr reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

In the event of any dispute arising between a player and 92pr in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform, the following dispute resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: The player must first contact the 92pr support team, providing full details of the dispute. 92pr will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with the support team's resolution, the matter may be escalated to 92pr's compliance department in writing. 92pr will respond to escalated disputes within 15 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, the player may refer the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence 92pr operates.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the licensing jurisdiction under which 92pr operates. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory and judicial bodies in that jurisdiction.

92pr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 92pr will provide notice to registered players by displaying a prominent notification on the platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on the player's account.

Continued use of the 92pr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

The version of these Terms and Conditions that is current at the time of any dispute shall be the version that applies to that dispute, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
